Great team. Norm was very responsive. We are newbies. Norm was patient ensuring we had all questions answered. There was never any pressure. Prices were reasonable. Laurie showed us coach initially and very friendly. If she didn't have an answer she found out. Kim was the bridge through our delivery and walk through.

We live north of Poway, just wish you were closer. For being such a distance, it was great to be able to avoid the main LA freeways. Everything else exceeded our expectations.

Norm quickly responded to all my questions. Friendly and welcoming environment. Norm was genuine and provided no pressure support though out the entire process. Even after sale, Norm continued to respond promptly to questions. I feel that we have support that we can count on.

All questions and problems had a solution. The service was excellent. The team helped us spend our money wisely on tools that would improve the quality of our life in the road. Thank you!

There was a small problem with the awning, which was covered by warranty. The response was immediate and support. It made me feel even better about support from Norm's RV. Although it is a trek, I could see us coming down to Poway over the years for a vacation, and to get our annual service, it is worth the drive.

No suggestions for improvements. Jim was great in walkthrough. Great with driving instructions.

Chuck is very accommodating with respect to scheduling quick & convenient appointments. Stephanie seems to be able to quickly track down and get whatever parts I need, no matter how obscure. Brad is truly a master technician. Fixes it right, the first time. Quality of service is outstanding. Entire staff is friendly and welcoming.

Laurie and Norm both were of great assitance through out the process. The process we went through to get this deal done was a huge headache caused by our bank. Norm did everything he could to make the situation easier on us. Laurie was always compassionate to our issues as well as a great baby sitter! Our kids loved her! She was also willing to drive to El Cajon on a Saturday if the bank had further issues with the contract! All ready have suggested the service department to our family in Ramona.

I thought after Norm heard my needs and changed by opinion on the class a diesel was a great help - being a first RV and him informing me on the important things to look for was a great help. The service department was very knowledgeable and friendly.

We needed to have our RV worked on because we had taken it to 3 other repair shops in the city we live in and were down in SoCal helping our daughter move when we realized that the items we had repaired, had never been repaired!!!!! Our refrigerator was replaced, but still did not work. We were not happy. Then we saw the website for Norm's and decided to take a chance. Best days of our RVing lives!! Seriously, Chuck listened to our problems, asked tons of questions, fixed what we said was wrong and then we took the RV out for a 3 day camping trip. Everything worked!!!!!!!!! It was so nice to finally have a REAL fix instead of having people take our money and say it was fixed!!!! We will continue to have our RV serviced by Norm's because of Chuck and his great customer service. They truly are the BEST EVER.
